OUR 7-STEP Process
Step 1: State Of The Art Farming

At BPure every product we create starts with our natural proprietary strains of hemp. They are high in CBD and also grown in nutrient-rich soil in the United States.

Our farmers operate under strict guidelines. This enhances the quality of our natural proprietary strains and also makes sure all our our products are safe, regulated, potent and consistent.
​
Step 2: The Raw Hemp Processing
​
After they are harvested the plants are dried and warehoused. They are then milled into a coarse powder when being produced. As with everything we do the milling process adheres to the highest standards.

Step 3: Proprietary Extraction
​
We use a common method of extraction that involves supercritical CO2, it is a proprietary hemp extraction and hemp purification process. By doing this process it ensures that all of the hemp’s beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids are preserved. This results in the highest quality full and broad spectrum hemp oil available.
​
A growing body of research has found that a full and broad spectrum products can lead to multiplying benefits called the entourage effect. While CBD on its own offers many benefits this is an added bonus!
Last but not least, once extracted the undesirable plant solids like waxes are removed from the oil.
​
Step 4: Separation
​
The hemp extract is then separated from the supercritical CO2 used in the extraction process. When this step is completed the CO2 is recycled and used again in the distillation process.

Step 5: THC Removal and Refining for our Broad Spectrum Products
​
THC is the compound found in cannabis that produces the “high” associated with the plant. We extract every trace of THC in our Broad Spectrum Products.

(For our Full Spectrum, this step is not required)

Proprietary technology is used to remove unwanted compounds still present in the oil. Wax, chlorophyll, plant pigments and trace amounts of THC are all compounds that are removed. It is then “washed” and “polished”.

Step 6: Certificate of Analysis
​
Every product receives a certificate of analysis, which is the most comprehensive reporting available for: microbial (E. Coli, yeast, mold), potency (ensuring what is on the label), heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury and cadmium) and pesticides. We also use a credible third party testing lab.
​
Step 7: Proprietary Nanoemulsion Technology
​
PBure Organics soft gels require another processing step. This proprietary process transforms the raw hemp oil into nano-sized emulsions, which makes it the most bioavailable broad spectrum CBD in the industry. The smaller size of PBure Organics hemp oil particles lead to much more effective absorption.
This process of nanoemulsion can make our softgel formulas at least two times more bioavailable than oil-based products.

At Bpure Organics we also use other proprietary technology to create the water-soluble hemp powder we use in our dog chews. This water-soluble format is also more bioavailable than standard hemp oil.

This means you can use less of the product when made by these processes.
