Bpure Organics Broad Spectrum BARE CBD Oils are fast-acting and easy to take. Shake well and take by mouth. Hold under your tongue 30-60 seconds. Since we are all different our amounts needed are as well. More is not always better. With an Oil, you can adjust accordingly with the dropper. We suggest beginning with a half dropper full in the morning and another one in the evening. That way you will find your desired amount and time of day that works best for you. Each bottle has 30 servings if you use a full dropper per day.
