Cynthia began her career in financial services working part time in a regional bond firm in 1992. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 1994 with a B.S. from the College of Business Administration, majoring in finance.
She later worked for a financial planning firm in Clearwater, working her way up to partner before deciding to open her own office in Tampa in 2006. She became
a Certified Financial Planner™ in 1998 and joined Cascade in 2005 as an independent advisor.

Cynthia enjoys working with clients in all stages of life to help them establish, monitor, and work toward their most important goals. She prides herself on continuing her education; staying abreast of new strategies and changes enabling her to provide the most comprehensive guidance and advice to her clients.

She lives in Tampa with her husband Ron, son, Trey and stepdaughter, Hannah. She enjoys giving back to her community and has been involved with several different foundations and charities in the Tampa Bay Area; two of her favorites were chairing the MacDill AFB Chief’s Group Golf Tournament, and being President of the Plant High School Academic Foundation.
